The problem is you likely need to start praying for guidance when you see the future because when you see the future often you can change it some by helping yourself or others survive whatever is coming that you see. However, you can't stop earthquakes or hurricanes or storms or droughts really. But, you can make sure you aren't there when they happen if you see them coming. And sometimes you can save others either by telling them what is coming (this won't always work) or you can redirect people you know to be somewhere else when something bad is coming (this works most of the time but not always.
However, there are always consequences for changing the future even though you save lives. So, it is important to be praying and communing directly with God so God agrees with what you are doing. Otherwise, you likely are going to have some problems. This is a really tricky business. Because after all, we are still mortals (at least in these bodies here on earth) even though it is quite likely that our souls are immortal (never born and never will die). Timeless!
By God's Grace.
