Heavy Rain in SF Bay area and Heavy Snow in Sierras
I guess it was raining pretty hard here where I live on the Northern California coast because it was very wet with hard rain coming down and high winds moving the trees by 4 to 6 am this morning. I looked at the weather radar for Northern California and saw all of Northern California receiving rain or snow. It's raining or snowing as far north as Seattle and as far east as Montana and Wyoming at present.
