Really heavy rain and snow from Roseburg to Santa Cruz to Reno

It's very wet to snowy everywhere from Roseburg to Santa Cruz to Reno right now. The ground is wet outside my house as well and rain keeps cycling in at a rapid pace. We had one day of sunshine yesterday in between windy storms dropping a lot of rain and snow all over the place. Likely ski resorts like Mt. Ashland, Timberline, Mt. Shasta and further south are happy to get a lot of new snow.

However, even though they have 2 feet of snow at the top of their lifts there isn't enough at the bottom to open yet in Mt. Shasta:
