Sub Lingual B-12s to help prevent senile dementia

You can also get a B-12 shot once a month which is helpful too.

I put a single Sublingual B-12 under my tongue that you can get for around 6 to 10 dollars at Trader Joes or you can get a more expensive version at Whole Foods for about 25 dollars.
Whole foods carries Superior Source Microlingual No Shot Methylcobalamin B-12 5000 mcg.

My wife likes the one that includes folic acid but it makes me nauseous to take the folic acid one every day (which likely means I don't need that much folic acid).

However, the reason if you haven't heard before why you need to be putting a b-12 under your tongue after age 50 (or before if you wish) is because many people's stomachs cannot process Any B vitamins after 50 especially B-12s.

So, if this is you if you don't put a sublingual B-12 under your tongue or get a B-12 shot regularly then your brain might stop working right. And this can be one of the causes of senile dementia and possibly Alzheimers too.

So, this is a having a brain seriousness for everyone older than 50 that might have this problem. Otherwise, you might slowly start to slip away mentally and be gone mentally and physically within 5 to 10 years. Because Senile dementia IS a fatal disease you never recover from. The same is true for Alzheimers.

NOTE: Sublingual means you put it under your tongue so it bypasses the stomach and goes directly into your bloodstream through your saliva glands under your tongue.

Since over 50 many people cannot process B Vitamins in their stomachs anymore so their brains stop working right it is necessary to do something or (for those people) they will be gone in 5 or 10 years( at least mentally).
