The Russian Army thinks nothing about killing every man, woman and child right now who is Sunni. This likely is because Russians generally think one of the reasons the Soviet Union collapsed was because of Sunni Muslims in the first place, especially the Saudis. So, killing every man, woman and child is not something NATO or the U.S. would ever do because we believe in Human rights.
However, if the world wants to get rid of ISIS lock, stock and barrel this likely will be what it takes to get rid of ISIS too. Russia won't worry about "Which" Sunnis it kills and whether they are ISIS or Al Qaeda or even Democracy activists against Assad.
Russia is going to kill them all. And as abhorrent and awful and as horrific as it is, maybe this is the only way the world knows to wipe ISIS from the face of the earth once and for all.
However, this is going to leave ALL Sunni Muslims angry for the next 50 to 100 years regarding what happened to ALL Muslims in Syria and Iraq and not just about the end of ISIS. So, though we likely will see the end of ISIS we likely are going to watch 1 million to 2 million Sunnis or more in Syria and Iraq die by cluster bombs, cruise missiles and fighter jets, regular missiles etc.
Basically any Sunni Area in Syria is now vulnerable to ethnic cleansing by Russia.
And to some degree the whole world will be held responsible for letting Russia do this for the next 100 years or more by Sunnis around the world. This is inevitable.
