Was San Bernadino the first Islamic State Attack on the U.S.?

I'm not sure about this one or not. Was this attack the first time someone aligned with the Islamic State was found pledged to them? I know there have been sympathizers but this might be the first attack where someone was found to actually have pledged allegiance to ISIS.
