Rain Storm Presently coming ashore at Point Reyes

Looking at the Radar for California the rain appears to be headed north East from the Ocean and presently is hitting Point Reyes and to the North and East of there while continuing to head in a North East direction inland off the ocean. Over the day it is supposed to start raining throughout California by tonight and tomorrow with flooding expected in Southern California with Mudslides wherever there are hills burned off in fires with the right conditions when a lot of rain hits.
