I was interested in weather patterns between South America and Antarctica this time of year and found the above URL if you are interested at Accuweather. By hitting the minus key you can see more of Antarctica and South America and the storms going through this time of year. So, even though it is summer in South American and the Falklands it is still stormy from southern South America down into Antarctica this time of year.

I got interested in this when the north pole melted out in December.
