The one child only per famiy for China since the 1970s is now a disaster for China because there is no one to replace those retiring. So, by 2020 most of their money is going to go to retirement of these people unless they decide to kill them all or something which I don't think could happen in a country this big. So, the reason they are being so beligerant now as a country is because they only have 5 or 10 years left before the shit really hits the fan and they will have to redirect most governmental monies into vast numbers of baby boomers retiring. They have the largest single group of baby boomers on earth retiring during the next 10 years. After that happens they are going to have to reduce their armies and navies unless they entice enough immigrants from other countries to live there.
This is strange but true. However, here is the other thing. If you are a white outsider or of any race but Chinese you are going to be discriminated against by the Baby boomers in China also. You will be pointed at as an "Outsider" and people will be suspicious of you as well.
Who wants to endure this every day?
Not many people would if they were told about it first.
So, I'm thinking people from the middle East and Africa and maybe some from south America might be the only ones desperate enough to go there to endure the social stigma of being an "Outsider" living in China.
However, in some places like Shanghai if you are a rich outsider life might be good. But ,if you are a poor outsider moving there to replace all the workers retiring just expect problems while living there.
