When I saw this picture I then thought of the stewardess hitting the ceiling while I was flying to Hawaii one time and then coming down on top of the passengers. People were not walking around then but the stewardess thought it was safe enough to walk around with a food tray on rollers down the aisle. So, she was pushing a food cart down the aisle when we hit a big bump and she hit the ceiling and passengers had to catch her when she fell. The food tray cart when into the air and made a mess when it landed too. Likely the most likely place I have traveled that weather can be severe is over the pacific oceans when going anywhere near storms. So, you can see why overhead cradles on planes aren't seen anymore.
