What is wrong with this picture? We have lost 646,000 people and about 8000 here in the U.S. from regular flu but only 1520 Coronavirus deaths worldwide.
I think the problem is that Coronavirus likely is killing at a 2% rate which is higher than the regular flu worldwide which kills at a much lower rate. This seems to be the problem.
So, if this thing gets really loose outside of China and into places like Africa or South America and takes off or other 3rd world places worldwide without adequate health care this could really get serious with millions potentially dying in various 3rd world countries.
To give you an idea of the deaths if 1,000,000 people got this virus 20,000 would die in any given country. And this many people dying could create panic and the overthrow of some governments.
