I would recommend if you aren't working or going to school to go hiking somewhere and camping alone if you are capable and safe doing that. Why?
Because it will teach you so much about yourself. We really were not meant to stay in these above ground caves that we have built especially in big cities like New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco etc.
This is only going to make people mentally and physically sick staying in apartments in big cities. So, I would just throw your stuff in a car or truck and leave and go camping and hiking alone in the wilderness. This will heal you if you can't work or go to school and make you understand who you are better. But, likely now since most campgrounds are closed you will have to go find your way deep into the wilderness to do this at this point. Just watch out for things like poison oak, cliffs, mountain lions and bears and don't freeze to death so choose carefully where you are going. And take plastic gloves for when you put gas in your car or truck or whatever gloves you can manage unless you are going to wash your hands every time you get gas after you put it in your vehicle.
I saw a guy with deep sea fishing long rods on his roof rack on his four wheel drive camper shell today so people are starting to get smart to keep themselves sane all over.
I live on the coast of Northern California so a lot of people fish in the ocean to keep sane here always.
You've just got to do whatever it takes to keep it together now because the next few months won't be anything like you have ever seen on earth before.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
