Another device on the network is using your IP address (--.0.0.--)

There will usually be two numbers and a dot (period) then one or two numbers then a dot then one or two numbers and then a dot then one or two numbers signifying your IP address. I'm not giving the exact numbers on my notification simply because each IP address is unique and can change any time you start using your device

If you receive this message on your computer or device it usually means that someone is cloning your device from some location on earth. What can you do about this? Usually not much but it's good to notify the authorities like I am doing now by publishing this problem online in some way.

Because if your device is being cloned they can masquerade as you and do criminal activities or whatever so it's good to notify the authorities whenever this happens so you absolve yourselves as much as possible for any liability regarding these kinds of things.

But, it's also possible you cannot stop people from doing this either because for example, they could be in Russia, or Ukraine or in Africa or any country on earth cloning your device and are doing this for ANY kind of reason you might imagine. So, letting the authorities in this country know that someone is cloning your IP Address might be important like I'm doing now.

This has been a regular occurrence for me at this device for at least 2 years now by the way. I'm letting the authorities know this by publishing this fact.
