What happened was that the storm left a lot of moisture on and in the ground which set us all up for moisture evaporating out of the ground and making fog because the storm was a fairly warm one. So, on the weather last night they said "Don't drive unless you need to because it's going to be dangerous out there. My wife just told me that though there are patches of fog still everywhere as of noon today, at least where we are it's sunny and clear and about 65 degrees which is nice.
Even though it had stopped raining last night from the storm some places still had 100% humidity in those areas which is unusual (at least for California anywhere).
