I think it's important to know it's happening worldwide (the weather is being changed). And on many levels we likely should be grateful because mostly this weather is better than it would have been.

However, many have and will suffer from these changes especially in 3 rd world nations around the world who don't have big militaries to back up their threats if their weather is severely affected in various ways.

But, I think the fact that this is a non-issue in the U.S. and Europe means it is already happening and most people are ignorant of it happening worldwide.

It also would explain why China and Russia were not there at the climate Summit in Europe in Italy and Scotland. It just means China and Russia and maybe the U.S. and others are secretly altering the weather.

Why wouldn't they tell us?

Liability. For example, the first time the British experimented with altering the weather they accidentally killed 300 people or more in a little English fishing village in the 1950s. They were the first country I know of to try to alter the weather and to succeed.
