stratospheric injections could also be done from the tops of mountains if there is enough wind

 I was thinking about this today and realized you could also inject solar dimming substances (like pyroclastic Glass like in volcanoes) into the air from the tops of mountains if the wind was firm and constant enough to move it far enough fast enough to do the job of solar dimming to prevent global Climate changes.

The most effective places likely would be the Himalayas, Rockies, Sierras, Andes, Alps etc. up from the top of mountains mostly to dim the sun to prevent extreme increases in temperature everywhere on earth.

In fact, if it was done in the arctic it might prevent more ice from melting wherever you were on a year round basis. This might keep Polar bears for example, from going extinct.
