The Great Depression, World War II, the Kennedy Assassination, 9-11 and now Covid and when I was young the Viet Nam War.
All these events changed the way people thought about just about everything. For example, the Kennedy Assassination made people's faith in the U.S. government go away. This combined with the Viet Nam war brought people's confidence in Government from 75% confidence down to around 11% confidence which basically means that the people haven't really trusted our government to do ANYTHING right since the early 1960s when Kennedy was president.
Now we are dealing with a Pandemic from hell that never ends because of Variants. What is the likelihood of a pandemic that never ends and becomes endemic even in Deer and other mammals to the point where even if you vaccinated EVERY human being on earth Covid would still spread and keep going and creating new variants through mammals like Deer and others where up to 40% of northwestern Deer in the U.S. now are carrying Covid so you don't want to touch them or let them breathe on you because of this because Covid is air born.
The chain reaction of Supply chain disorders worldwide seem to be increasing as people change their lives so they aren't maimed for life or die of Covid.
So, basically ALL aspects of life on earth now are changing possibly forever, just like when we had polio in the 1950s and AIDS in the 1980s until the present.
All these things now including Covid have permanently changed all aspects of human life at this point and they look like they will continue to keep changing things too ongoing for some time to come.
