Today we went with my daughter and her daughter and husband down along the coast of Santa Barbara and drove out on the Santa Barbara Pier. If you do this look at the Compass drawn in the redwood I think at the end of the pier. Most beaches in California are western facing but I believe Santa Barbara beaches tend to be more north Facing than west facing if I'm correct about this. So, the sunrises and sunsets at the beach or on the pier in Santa Barbara are different than most west facing beaches from San Diego to Eureka, California up near the Oregon Border. Being a Monday we were able to find a parking place out near the end of the pier as far as the parking places go near the restaurants like Moby Dick there for seafood. I like this restaurant because if you get a window seat you can see all the boats of the harbor going in and out of the harbor all day long which can be nice too from the vantage point of Moby Dick's Restaurant there near the end of the Pier.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
