I was reading how Everitt Memorial Highway is closed a macBride Springs because of Snow removal equipment failure

We drove up near sundown Thursday to see if the road was truly closed at Macbride Springs and it truly was. Before that we drove north of Lake Siskiyou to see the streams full of water from all the recent rains and snows.

It is presently about  2 Am Friday Morning and I woke up for awhile and decided to look outside and it was snwoing heavily here in town and likely will be snowing about an inch an hour or so until 11 am. I'm not sure it is sticking simply because I can't see that from where I presently am but I can see the snow coming down heavily at 2 AM. It's nice to see the snow coming down because this is the first snow this trip this snow season that I or my wife have seen so it's nice to experience this once again. I could tell a storm was coming in because I ordered food to go from a restaurant and I was the only customer in this restaurant which usually is very busy. But, it's also true people don't actually eat in restaurants much anymore since Covid and all the deaths and now Measles or other things going around putting people in the hospital nationwide and worldwide since about 2020.

But, I'm presently happy watching the snow come down at around 2 am Friday morning. Probably time to go back to sleep. :)
