We wanted to see friends that had moved to Boerne a few years ago so we were able to meet them for lunch in Blanco which is halfway between Austin and Boerne and had a nice lunch with them. The have many children and grandchildren like us and some of their children have come to the Boerne area and bought homes here as well.
My wife and I would have liked to spend a night at their home too but it would have had to be Sunday night because Monday night is just too close to our flying back to SFO (San FRancisco Airport).
Coming here I injured my back and also injured my arm throwing a piece of our luggage into our rental car. But, I had my wife do shiatsu (Accupressure) on my right arm and within an hour or so the pain went away.
MY parents were very into Jin Shin Jyutso (which I think means the Art of health through compassionate man".
So, this prevented me from getting a torticollis or something worse.
So, I'm okay now which is great.
Anyway, it was lovely to see our friends and they might be visiting us in Santa Barbara later this summer too.
This has been a really nice stay for us here in Austin this time!
