They knew that there would be problems on the new timeline and the extinction of the human race was one of these problems in 2095. So, they knew that time would have to be repaired in order for ANYONE (human) at all to survive here on earth ongoing.
So, though new timelines get started to avoid things like Global human extinction through any means even when you alter time and create new timelines like they did where 5 billion people don't die on the first September 11th 2001 from doomsday weapons worldwide, you still have to alter timelines a lot to keep any humans alive on earth between 2080 and 2095.
So, no matter what you do what people do around the world making babies that cannot be fed until everyone dies, timelines must be corrected one way or another or everyone goes extinct.
This is just what Technological civilization that we are all a part of actually is ongoing.
Human beings still will be alive here on earth possibly almost 1 million years into the future.
However, to do that successfully time will have to be altered again, again and again in order for this to successfully happen.
So, it's very important for all governments to realize this here on earth.
Otherwise, all time lines for human beings will end at some point here on earth.
The cautionary tale of the first September 11th 2001 which ended human civilization until around 6000 AD on the first timeline is important to consider here.
Elohar and Ragna came here to the 20th century to change time on September 11th 2001 so human civilization didn't end for 4000 years here on earth like it did on their timeline.
Understanding why they created the 2nd timeline so humans could have a pretty good 2001 to the present is likely everything in understanding why they did what they did to create a 2nd timeline we all now live on.
But, now we have to protect this timeline from human extinction too.
