Healing yourself and others through your writings is admirable and healthy both for you and for others.
When I started my present writing style in 1980 I wrote only to heal myself. Then I started blogging in June of 1999 after doctors told me I wasn't going to die of a heart virus. I have been writing and blogging ever since in several different blogs.
As long as you protect your identity and where you live and your children and friends I think blogging is a good way to heal yourself and others through what you write.
