After Air Conditioning in our rental car and air conditioning in the rental bus and air conditioning in the plane when I got to where we were going to stay I noticed I was having lung problems. I had someone turn off the air conditioning and immediately my lungs cleared up. I'm thinking I'm not the only one who has had the experience of Getting bronchitis from Air Conditioning. I have noticed this since I was about 50 or 60 years old. It didn't bother me until over these ages. So, it's a condition (at least in me caused by aging). So, this is a real thing where Air conditioning can give you bronchitis or a chest cold if you are in it too long in any one day.
When I'm driving through 100 degrees or more in places like Paso Robles or Buellton or Red Bluff or Redding in the summers often I will put my air conditioning on down at my feet and sometimes open my window some. This seems to work and prevents bronchitis or a chest cold.
All of our bodies do different things at different ages but being adaptable and aware enough at every age is what actually keeps us alive.
