Knowing things are going to happen before they happen has always been a useful quality for people who want their genetics (including themselves) to survive whatever comes.
So, sensing things before they happen can save your life and the lives of family and friends.
This has happened to me and my family many times over the years.
There are three instances that I write about sometimes that come to mind that were the most overwhelming to me personally.
The first was waking up in 1985 and realizing that if anyone drove a car that day that someone likely would die in my family. So, I begged my wife not to drive a car that day. However, she wouldn't listen to me. So, I decided to pray very hard in case that might prevent her death and the death of my step daughter. This actually worked. The Car headon collision I couldn't prevent so we lost the car. However, I did prevent my then wife's death and prevented also the death of my step daughter through my intense prayers before they drove away. Soon, after they left my step daughter ( a high school student then) ran back with blood running down her face to tell me to come drive another of our cars to come to where the head on accident had occurred. Luckily because neither of them were wearing seat belts (because seat belt laws hadn't begun yet in California they had survived this head on crash with another vehicle on a hairpin turn on a coastal mountain road nearby where we lived then.
So, though my step daughter's ring had made her forehead bloody from a ring she wore trying not to go through the front car window and even though my wife's ribs were broken or fractured no one died which was good. The only real loss was the car which was totaled but cars can always be replaced through insurance if you have car insurance which we did.
This experience taught me a lot about listening carefully to my intuitions and instincts that day and how when you get messages from God you need to pray as hard as you can to create a better outcome than the one that might have come otherwise.
