It's possible that most things Trump might now order the military to do might be illegal

I think all officers and enlisted men need to understand this.

So, it's very important for all people in the military and CIA to protect themselves from execution or imprisonment in the future by studying the legal ramifications of following Trump's illegal orders about anything from now on.

Trump is obviously a Lame Duck President trying to distract people from his failed economic policies where 76 percent of Americans feel the economy is really really bad and I'm not sure what the other 24 percent are thinking but they must be completely out of touch with the average person in America.

So, people in the CIA and military need to hire lawyers to advise them at the very least as to which orders they can execute without eventually being executed or imprisoned themselves for executing these orders.

Now would be a really good time (if you are protecting yourself from future harm) to not be in the military at all because of how difficult this is now going to be because of Trump's insanity.

So, all officers and enlisted men need to consult lawyers as to what orders are safe to follow for them and what orders are not.

Only the Congress has the right to make or declare a war. The president doesn't have this authority. 

So, consulting with a lawyer now before it's too late might save you a whole lot of problems later if you are in the CIA or military at any level.
