Though the physically happiest time in my life was from 32 to 37 my spiritually happiest times in life have all been since I was 50

Though this might seem counterintuitive to young people (it did to me when I was young). The actually happiest times in my life have been since I was 50. why is this?

I had dumped ALL my unrealistic expectations which is what kills most young people under 30 years of age.

Most young people die by Unrealistic expectations.

There is what you want and there is what you can actually live with which are very different things.

So, finding what you love that can keep you alive is important. Otherwise you are dead before your time.

So, still one of my truisms is: 

"It is amazing to me that ANYONE at all lives to be 30"

But, once you make it to 30 you might likely make it to 90 or 100 too! 

So, I can honestly say that the happiest part of my life has been since I was 50 years old and I'm now 77 1/2 years old.
