What to prepare for this Century

 1. Prepare for cities along oceans to be mostly underwater Worldwide. Why?

Because if you notice all oceans on earth are connected if you look at a globe of the earth. So, when trees go under water in California and Hawaii like they have for years now or places like Miami go underwater in some sections deeper and deeper underwater every year.

So, I would (If you are buying property or a home (you might want to have it be 100 to 300 feet altitude above sea level so it doesn't go underwater during this century. However, I suppose you could buy property at a low price and buy a boat you could live on on the property (if local laws allow this).

2. High Winds: "As time goes on the heating of the oceans causes many things. The first one is High Winds worldwide. So, 100 to 150 mile per hour winds will become more common worldwide.

By the end of this century 200 to 300 mph gusts of winds might be a much more common thing worldwide.

For example, locals in Santa Cruz (I spoke with one of them) witnessed tornadoes in California. However, Weather people don't want to recognize this actually happened because it likely would be bad for California Tourism?

2. Flooding. As temperaures rise slowly or sporadically worldwide this also creates much more rain which will create much more flooding worldwide. Why?

Because air at higher temperatures can carry up to 5 times the moisture of Colder Air. this is just a scientific Truth.

So, this is why flooding is going to increase exponentially this Century.

So, preparing for this might be important for the people that want to choose to survive all this. And people under about 35 or 40 likely will most like be the ones most likely to survive this worldwide because often they can be more mobile in their lives both physically and monetarily.
