Rain starts tonight here in the Greater San Francisco Bay area and continues off and on through Tuesday in various forms

Wind is presently at around 7 miles per hour but will go to about 18 miles per hour constant with gusts much higher by Thursday and this wind and gusts should continue through Saturday before it comes down some to 13 miles per hour with Gusts. So, many places not only along the coast because of King Tides but many other places especially around rivers will flood where the waves will travel up the rivers because of the storms and King Tides all combined at high tide.

So, if you live near any River or Slough be very careful of water being where it usually isn't most days or nights. (especially at high tide with all the rain water trying to go into the ocean and getting backed up by the King Tides at high tide. So, this combination could really be a mess for many people in this area of California.
