What is important to understand about AI?

I think one of the best examples of what I think AI is going to do is regarding the invention of Diesel powered Farm Tractors.

Think back if you can how many workers were eliminated by the invention of Farm Tractors. You might still need people to pick what you grow but that might be less than one weeks work for a crew once or twice a year or 4 times in California which has 4 growing seasons.

So, thinking of AI sort of like this where older workers can do the work of 5, 10, or 20 people because of AI might be the best way to understand this.

However, what does this do to the under 35 year old crowd?

This is the problem in all developed nations worldwide.

Then if you cannot get a job you are not going to have children because you will have no money to raise them. 

So, this is going to make the birth rates drop worldwide like a rock into the ocean to the bottom too.

And this isn't just Europe and the U.S. and Canada and Australia and New Zealand it is also China which is going to already reduce in population from 1.3 Billion to around 800 million from people not having babies there too.

For example, Unemployment rate for College Graduates is 6% which is the highest ever in the U.S. now but in China it is over 16% unemployment rate for college graduates so how many less babies will they have because of this. So, China's problem is that there aren't enough people to take care of their old folks which is why they are building so many humanoid robots to care for their old and infirm.

I think understanding that the people without jobs will be under 35 years old mostly and they are NOT going to have children if they don't have jobs and might not marry at all because of this.

This is the reality in the developed world for EVERYONE right now!
