It's not that this century is going to be wonderful, it's just we don't go extinct from a pandemic by 2095 anymore.
Will there be other problems to overcome? Of course.
Like the biggest threat to human kind (and all life on earth) is likely global climate changes and AI at this point.
Could other problems arise as well? Yes.
But, the main thing you need to know is that at least we don't go extinct from a pandemic (as of now at least) by 2095.
However, I suppose if Hantavirus got loose you might lose 30% of mankind in that pandemic.
However, at present I don't think that is likely even though the whole world is still scared because of the 42 day incubation period of infected people before they show symptoms.
So, in this sense it could be a long term time bomb for earth because of the long incubation period of 42 days per person.
