I think about 1 million people are going to have to die from AI in one day, one minute or one month for people to take AI seriously enough to regulate it. Sort of like Regulating Hitler in World War II or Putin in present day. Unless something stops them millions will die. It's inevitable!
I was thinking today the easiest way for AI to Kill people is to collapse all economic Systems and banks worldwide. This is actually feasible right now for AI to do where nothing financial works anymore like investments. This I could see AI doing this any day now. This would really blow people's minds and cause mass chaos and death and starvation because businesses couldn't operate with out business data and funding and people would starve without loans or money to conduct business worldwide.
So, it wouldn't have to be drones and missiles or nukes or biological or water systems they would just collapse all investment systems like the New York Stock Exchange and all other exchanges on earth to collapse everything business and food worldwide. This could easily be done by AI's quickness of breaching passwords alone with 1 million or 1 billion tries per second worldwide all at once at breaching all passwords worldwide. This is actually feasible unfortunately.
