It's so new I can't even find it online but apparently a dam has broken in Burbank and causing some havoc there. I saw live coverage from a helicopter just now. They were saying it is around La Tuna Canyon area. I saw this on the WEather Channel at around 12:38 pm today live from a helicopter.
