Natural Factors CLA with Tonalin for reducing

I had tried CLA caps before but with no results. My 1st ex-wife sent me something about it and what I found out was that you need to use Bragg unfiltered apple cider vinegar.

My father was a student of Paul Bragg and so was Jack LaLane so, I bought a paperback of his

"Apple Cider Vinegar" book at Sprouts in San Diego County.

supposedly 2 caps of the CLA with 2 to 3 teaspoons of Bragg's unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar is supposed to do the trick regarding weight loss. You add it to a glass of warm water in the monrning before you eat anything. This appears to be the trick. Without the apple cider vinegar too it doesn't seem to work (it didn't for me).

So, I'm going to try a month with 2 caps in the morning before breakfast of CLA and 3 teaspoons of Apple Cider Vinegar in a glass of water.

In the inside Frontspiece of the paperback version of Bragg's apple cider vinegar book here is what it says about his Apple cider Vinegar:

Helps promote a youthful skin and vibrant healthy body
Helps remove artery plaque, infections and body toxins
Helps fight germs, viruses, bacteria and mold naturally
Helps retard old age onset in humans, pets and farm animals
Helps regulate calcium metabolism
Helps regulate women's menstruation, relieves PMS, and UTI
Helps normalize urine ph, relieving frequent urge to urinate
Helps digestion, assimilation and helps balance the PH
Helps protect against food poisoning and even brings relief if you do get it
Helps relive sore throats, laryngitis and throat tickles and cleans out thoat and gum toxins
Helps detox the body so sinus, asthma and flu sufferers can breathe easier.

He goes on but this is what I feel like typing for now. Above is quote from inside frontspiece of Paul Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar book.

Do I believe all these claims?

Likely my father did because he agreed with Paul Bragg. So, for me, this is more nostalgia than anything else. But, if something works for you I believe you should go for it, don't you.

It's sort of like the old garage saying: "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!"
