If you look back at what actually caused by Hitler and Mussolini to come to power it was problems just like this during the 1930s. Any culture in Europe cannot sustain itself with this level of unemployment. Greece is not just ripe for riots it is now ripe for revolution. All you have to do is to look at the 1930s in history to see what might be coming next for Europe.
Wars have been started with much less imbalance than this in the past. You won't see Greece attacking any other nation but you might see a complete collapse of this nation that resembles in some way a European version of Somalia. Also, it is dangerous to Europe in another way as well. As this progresses terrorist groups on the right and the left will begin to become more powerful in Greece which will be a problem for all Europe in the end.
