Since Philosophy is the foundation of all the sciences and possibly of truth itself, here is my philosophical question: "If there are two people and one person believes in God and the other doesn't, who is right?"
My experiential answer would be: "They both are."
The reason they are both right is that each of them lives in their own personal universe. All the rules of each person's universe are coded and defined by all the experiences in their lives. So, to ask whether God is real or not, is not useful in this particular context.
It is possible that no matter what experience either of them ever have that the one who believes in God will ever stop believing in God.
And it is equally possible that no matter what experience either of them have that the one who doesn't believe in God will ever believe in God.
So, should we feel sorry for the one who believes in God or the one who doesn't believe in God?
My answer would be feeling sorry for either of them is useless because they are not going to change.
And because of each of their beliefs life will respond to their beliefs and act as if it is the correct belief.
Then if you muliply this kind of experience by 7 billion people now on earth you have almost infinite experiences of different kinds of belief systems. Which ones are right and which ones are wrong?
Philosophically speaking they are all right because each of their experiences reinforce whatever it is that they believe. And in some ways it is pointless to try to convince anybody otherwise even though many might try and some might even succeed.
So, if people can believe in God and be right.
And if people can not believe in God and be right.
What does that do to actual reality that we all share here on earth?
My thought is that Earth is actually and intersecting point for belief systems and not really a physical reality at all. So, people that share belief systems that are somewhat similar choose to be born here. So, the fact that they believe in God or not is actually irrelevant as far as who believes what. The only thing that might be relevant is who is going to live here peacefully and who isn't.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
