The Human Animal?

I was thinking more about the term "Bully" and realised if I were to define most countries on earth their governments would be composed of the "Bullys" of that country. There are rich bullies, and middle Class Bullies, and Poor bullies in every single country on earth. Here is Wikipedia's definition of bullies:

Bullying - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bullying
Bullying is the use of force or coercion to abuse or intimidate others. The behavior can be habitual and involve an imbalance of social or physical power. end quote

If you think about all governments on earth they all bully their people. So, what is the main difference between "Good Governments" and "Bad Governments". If you went through all the governments on earth everyone on earth might have a different opinion for a variety of reasons. First of all, if you were helped by the bullies of that government then you might like them. If you felt hurt in some way by the bullies of that government then you might not like them. But most, you likely would feel neutral about because they didn't affect you any way you could see.

Then I was thinking about our governmental system specifically. From listening to my parents and grandparents and friends old and young and from studying history of the 20th and 21st century I would say we actually began real  equality between the classes during the 1930s (The classes being Poor, Middle Class and Rich). There were two drivers of this equality at that time. The first was the unionization of many workplaces around the U.S. and the second one was World War II which socially and psychologically bound Americans together for mutual survival. So, what happened to this potential economic equality that happened and continued until I would say the 1980s is when it began to end?

I think what actually happened was that the world got smaller and our advantages as the U.S. with almost unlimited natural resources and a nation that was willing to work very hard came up against major demographic and technological changes here on earth. In otherwords our work hard ethics and equality began to suffer from serious demographic changes and technological changes here on earth.
Another factor was all the people who went to college to avoid the draft going into the Viet Nam War and all the women who followed these men to college and the incredible amount of PHd's  and Masters degrees that followed that was absolutely incredible for the times. Though this helped the country a lot, some of these people started to figure out how to keep more money at the top. And one of these ways was to allow more foreign people to come into the country to drive down wages so these richer people could pay people less for work done. (And by the way this is still happening now at a frantic pace). So, for people in the lower middle class and lower class without high school or college degrees their wages got smaller and smaller and this is also still happening now as well.

Also, this tended to prevent the poorest in the country from being able to afford to go to college and to better themselves. So, only the very smartest, strongest and earnest and perserverant would fine a way through the maze of paperwork and student loans to a degree. Then if they couldn't get a job to pay off their loans they went bankrupt and became homeless like now.

So, there is not equality in our nation right now. But, it was in it's fulness from World War II until the 1980s when we began to lose it.

Here is the tendency. I'm simplifying it but it still isn't nice but it is the way it really is in reality.

The rich bullies become politicians, Lawyers, Doctors, PHds and entrepruneurs etc., the middle class bullies become policemen, Firemen, union workers etc. and the poor bullies often become criminals and find their way into the prison systems of the U.S. (which by the way has the highest percentage of people in jail than ANY other nation on earth).

So, this hierarchy of bullies runs all nations on earth including ours.

And what happens to all the victims of all the bullies of all classes? Often they don't make it and commit suicide or murder suicide or live out their lives in dead end jobs.

In regard to the Human Animal here is the sad truth:

Some people are going to make it no matter what (about 1/3 of the human race)
Some people are going to make it under the right conditions(about 1/3 of the human race)
Some people aren't going to make it no matter what anyone does or says (about 1/3 of the human race)

I'm not saying this is good but I am saying this is the way of the Human Animal here on earth.
