ISIS transferred Humvees, manpower and other weaponry into eastern
Syria. Meanwhile, on Thursday, a human rights group reported that
Syria-based al-Nusra Front crossed with other Sunni groups into Qaim in Iraq's Anbar province and captured several Humvees.

My thought is that either these weapons will be held in reserve in Syria for the future or they are going to be used against more moderate rebels against Assad or against Assad himself in the attempt to overthrow the Syrian Government.
