The good part of this is no one can use your phone ever without your thumbprint or password code (either one). The bad news about this is anyone on earth tracking your phone knows from the thumbprint who is using the phone and where you are on the planet right now in real time. However, if you aren't really hiding from anyone because you don't have any real secrets from the government then you are also safe (relatively speaking) except from criminals and terrorists who also likely have your information too because they will bribe people to get it.
So, is thumbprint id on Iphone5s good or bad?
Answer: depending upon the situation it is both.
So, this is something to think about before you purchase one.
I got one from my family for Father's day but I prayed about it first and realized
it is much better than not having one specifically for me.
Also, one thing to be aware of:
The microphones on the IPhone5s pick up things often 30 to 50 feet away from the microphone very clearly. So, you could literally be in another room than the phone is and conversations will pick up. My wife was listening to me talk and could clearly hear the TV in the next room. I was pretty amazed by this! She even knew what was being said on the TV.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
