Hundreds of tons of Radiated water may be washed into the ocean from Fukushima

According to a CNN reporter hundreds of tons of radiated water may be going to wash into the ocean soon from all the flooding in that area. Since almost 2 feet of rainfall has occured within 3 days in this area, catastrophic flooding is in the area of Fukushima. So, since rain will continue to fall in this continuing flooding event until Saturday, the radiated water may be washed off Fukushima properties and into the ocean. I'm presently watching another retired person being lifted by rescue helicopter off a house that has moved and was trying to be washed away before it moved anymore. Presently 170,000 people are being evacuated from their homes there.

In the Tokyo area 15 inches of rain fell into nearby mountains and into the city in the last 24 hours.

Another reporter says that 1/2 meter of rain fell in the last 24 hours in some areas. A meter is exactly 39.37 inches. So, basically 20 inches of rain have fallen in the last 24 hours in some areas.

If 20 inches of rain fell in your area of earth what would happen?

No matter where this much rain came down on earth (except on an ocean) this would be a problem for any people living there.
