Intelligence analysts say command changing reports

   • The problem with all this is public perception. What most people don't realize is to put NATO or U.S. boots on the ground against ISIS would only increase ISIS about 10 times. To an average person this isn't logical. So, it makes sense for the public eye to downplay what is really going on so American or NATO troops aren't sent into a wild goose chase or worse. 

   The problem is that ISIS is a movement, not an army really at all. And movements are ideological rather than actual like the size of the U.S. Army or NATO army. The only way to fight a movement is mostly psychological in the end unless you are just going to nuke every place that ISIS exists off the face of the earth. And there is a problem with that too, because oil is tied into this in regard to ISIS and Saudi Arabia. So, even though the Saudi Government is not directly involved in supporting ISIS, rich Saudis and other rich Sunnis often aid ISIS because they share the same religious form of beliefs to ISIS at core.
   
   So, dealing with all this is very difficult without sending the whole world into a great depression, getting half NATO's armies beheaded and all sorts of bad publicity taking place worldwide. So, intelligence manipulation would be a way to control the reactions of the American people who don't really fully understand how awful and complicated it really is to prevent either a world wide great depression or a bunch of NATO soldiers beheaded on International TV.
   
   So, the end result of this is: you likely are going to see millions of refugees in Europe in waves the next 20 years or so. Because places like Syria, Iraq, Yemen etc are not going to be habitable by civilized people. So, civilized people will either leave or die there the way this is presently going.
