Since the problem with the armed occupation of the wildlife refuge could cost lives in resolving this problem both of the armed demonstrators but also of local, state or Federal Officers, I have been trying to report this problem as I see it as an intuitive.
My major motivation goes way beyond the incident itself because as an intuitive I can see this could literally trigger hundreds of deaths by various means in the long run even if only a few die or are wounded when the demonstrators are removed (hopefully peacefully).
To make matters worse this is an election year where everyone is really mad which means an incident like this if then fanned by rumors could also potentially cost thousands of lives in a year like this one.
So, almost any way to stop the initial deaths might be necessary to prevent ongoing mayhem throughout this year and the next here in the U.S. especially if it is Trump versus Sanders as the nominees of the Democratic and Republican Parties.
Because this is the extreme polarization that could rip this country apart in various ways like we haven't seen this century yet.
Because repairing those kinds of national wounds might take 10 or 20 years or possibly never.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
