I think both Hillary and Trump believe in God: But

I also think they would say almost anything to get elected whether it agrees with what they believe in their heart of hearts or not.

This is a
  1. Disingenuous

election. I don't think there is anyone who would disagree with this if they were actually honest with themselves.

I think, for example, it is disingenuous of Trump to be asking this question in the first place.

And if Hillary questions Trump's beliefs it is just as disingenuous.

People can say in public all sorts of things about their beliefs. What really counts is what do they think in their heart of hearts when all is said and done?

And we couldn't really know this until one of them was elected as President, could we? And maybe not even then.

Because many many (Secret Atheists) go to church for the same reason many gay men are married to women and have children. It's good for business and one's livelihood.

So, going to church actually means nothing especially if any aspect of their survival or business depends upon this. This is especially true of all politicians who want to "Look" religious but really are not.

IF I looked at Trump's life and how many little people's lives he has destroyed as well as their businesses, I can't imagine him being genuine really about anything. I sort of see him as a swindler who has found ways to swindle people and destroy many people's lives by lying to them. And this is how he actually got so rich.

Saying you are a "Master of Debt" just means "you really have financially screwed a lot of people by using Chapter 11 bankruptcy in your own favor while the hundreds of businesses that you didn't pay went bankrupt. Banks don't usually go bankrupt but Trump could have single handedly caused that too especially during the Great Recession of anyone looked into that seriously.

So, Politicians aren't usually honest either but Trump is more like a criminal than a politician if you analyze his business dealings worldwide.
