In case you haven't studied about Nanobots here are pictures of some with some theoretical and some actual that mostly are smaller than a red blood cell with one the size of a sliver of wood you might pull from your child's hand after climbing a tree outside. But, Nanobots in various forms have been around since the 1970s in the spy trade, for example. And are still now being used more for medical science mostly to save lives now.
If you want to see more just go to Google Images and type in "Nanobots" (or yahoo or bing images or another). If you see a nanobot as a picture you can sometimes click on a picture to learn more about that specific type of nanobot.
