An 8000 dollar robot?

I was thinking just how long is it going to be before Terrorists and drug Cartels have robots like this to blow up their enemies? If you can buy a robot for 8000 dollars right now that cannot really die even if it is shot at this brings up a whole lot of very disturbing imagery that takes one to movies like "Terminator" eventually in sophistication.

For example, the Mark AV-1 is specifically designed for use around explosives. This would mean it is specifically designed not to (Die?) in an explosion or built in such a way that it would shed the projectiles or fragmentation out of an explosion. Or that it might be easily repaired even if an explosion goes off around or near it.

This is something that everyone is going to have to get used to worldwide now. Pandora's box just got opened in more way than one there in Dallas, Texas near to where Kennedy also was assassinatied in November 1963.
