The Primary component to a Good Life

I watched and learned throughout my life. Every moment taught me something. I learned from every being in my life every single moment. Life is Awesome! It's not meant to be a fearful experience. In fact, getting beyond fear is the primary component to enlightenment I find.

Yes. There are times when (If you don't step out of the way of the Truck or bus in traffic that you will become a hood ornament or be knocked through the air 50 to 100 feet.

But, most of the time it is about "Not being afraid at all". So, learning which time is which makes you ultimately efficient in your life.

I find meditating 24 hours a day is best, where you are staying mindful all the time about everything waking and sleeping. In this state you are always ready for everything. Oh. It might shock you in the moment but because  you have learned to be meditating in a peaceful happy way all the time most of the time whatever's happening sort of rolls off your back like rain coming down out of the sky and you just keep walking forward in the rain or in the snow or whatever observing happily everything happening sort of like you are watching a movie. Even if you have to get into an argument with a family member or friend you don't really take this personal on a deep level you just see it as a structural thing you have to do in your life and not something serious.

In this state everything is survivable because you have yourself focused on what is important which is to stay compassionate to yourself and all beings and to stay focused on your goals for yourself and all mankind and all life in the universe.

When you do this all the time then  you are the adult in the room at all times no matter what other children or adults who act like children might be doing. You are always the parent or grandparent in the room of everyone there.

Stay compassionate at your core. Stay centered no matter what happens and people will see you are the adult in the room and someone they want to know or turn to in a real emergency.

As long as you are compassionate to yourselves and all beings  you will always be the adult in the room even when no one else is.

By God's Grace
