House Democrats hacked (for the 3rd or 4th time by Russia?)

 As these hacks are released in dribs and drabs Wikileaks (and the Russian Government) are messing more and more with our electoral process. I personally at this point see this as an act of warfare against our democratic system. You might see it differently. But, at the very least this is cyber warfare being conducted against our democracy. If the outcome changes the election what then?
