Putin has practiced on European elections for years manipulating them before trying it here in U.S. through Trump and Manafort

I was reading how many European nations have complained of how Russia and Putin have interferred with their free elections in trying to manipulate results. So, this is not anything new for them it is only new here in the U.S. where Putin is trying to manipulated the outcome of the presidential elections.
