I think the UFO articles might be to intimidate and confuse the North Koreans

Here's the thing. If the U.S. has had Time Space travel secretly since around 1952 to 1954 or so then no matter what nukes anyone sends anywhere (including Trump) could be retroactively changed by U.S. or UN Time cadres. (presidents are not told about this because of plausible deniability ever since Eisenhower.) by the way.

So, this is also an intimidation of North Koreans beyond their already being intimidated by the weaponry of the U.S., South Korea, Japan etc. that could be arrayed against them.

The thing is: even though the government has remained secret about all this since 1947 they are now admitting stuff still going on as recently as 2012. Why would they do this out of the blue?

There has to be some reason they would admit it now.
