There presently is not difference whatsover from the lynch mobs in the south killing mostly Black men who may or may not have done anything wrong and the mad mobs (with no real evidence) destroying people's lives now willy nilly all over the U.S.
What you are going to see is even democratic men (and women) who are accused finding that the best outcome for their families is to admit nothing so that integrity will soon be lost in this mad lynch mob mentality presently sweeping the nation.
Until someone is convicted in a court of law none of this should presently be happening. Everyone has the right to a court hearing before they lose their jobs, otherwise we are no different nationwide than the lynch mobs of the last 200 to 300 years of black and white men and even similar to witchcraft trials and actions of drowning women so people could take their properties and for not other real reasons at all.
So, I advocate legal protections of people's livelihoods and careers in order to protect their livelihoods from harm.
Because if you destroy someone's capacity to earn money you might have well have just hanged them because you have ended their lives.
Yes. Women need to be protected too from harrassment and rape BUT it has to be proven in a court of law or it's just another lynch mob hanging black or white men on a front lawn and burning a white cross on a lawn. There really is no difference.
It isn't just the men (or women) being harmed it is all their relatives, all their friends, everyone that works (or did work for them). So, every time something like this happens hundreds of people's lives are adversely affected.
So, it must only happen within a court of law or else it is just a lynch mob hanging people on someone's front lawn from their tree.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
