Neither men or women are completely practical in many situations

The fact that men are suing back might be a good thing in creating some kind of balance or not. However, many men and many women are not practical and don't share the same mores or values. So, maybe it's good that the courts get involved or not in these situations. Balance as in all things must be found for societies worldwide to continue to exist. But, practicality and useful communication likely should be ideally the basis of some kind of new mores more useful in the world as it is now. For there is what people say and there is what people actually do (both men and women). and if they say one thing and do another that becomes a problem in all of this.
